I shape where a product area goes and how the design function works, not only what ships next.
Direction
I led the insights and data behind the out-of-home roadmap across LockerOS, nxt.point, and the locker portal, and owned it until a PM joined during yearly planning.
Connection
I connect the three products into one experience, and work with the data team on when their models reach which user.
The function
I created a design operating model the whole team committed to. We hold each other to it, and it guides how we grow as a function.
The craft
I set the team's baseline for working with AI and code, with shared skills and processes, built the analytics tool we use to track UMUX, and lead our design system, defined as contracts machines can read.
